Our Everyday charge is the main tariff for most customers, and you’ll be put onto it when you first set up your account with us.
Metered charges
If your home has a water meter it is based on the volume of water used and a charge for sewerage, usually calculated at 90% of the water supplied, plus a fixed charge.

WaterSure
If your home’s on a meter, you’re finding it difficult to pay your bill and you need to use large amounts of water, then our WaterSure tariff could be for you.
It has a higher fixed rate than our Everyday tariff, but there’s no charge for the water you use.

AquaCare Plus
If your home’s on a meter and you’re struggling to pay your water bill, then our AquaCare Plus tariff could be for you.
It has a higher fixed rate than our Everyday tariff, but charges less for the volume you use.
Can I switch to this tariff? If you have a water meter fitted and someone in your house is receiving an eligible benefit, you may be able switch to this tariff.
